Early Years:


The Foundation Stage at Southcoates Primary School is what was formerly known as Nursery and Reception.  The Foundation Stage teachers are Mrs Billington, Mrs Barratt and Mrs Campbell, ably supported by Mrs Frankish, Mrs King, Mrs Wilson and Mrs Ablett.  

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Years 1 and 2


Years 1 and 2 include classes 2, 3 and 4. The Year 1/2 teachers are Mrs Thomas, Mrs Day/Mrs Lindgren and Mrs Widdison.

Support Staff in Years 1 and 2 are Mrs Dobbs, Mrs Dixon, Mrs Jackman and Mrs Hunt

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Years 3 and 4

 


 

Years 3 and 4 include classes 5 and 6. The Year 3/4 teachers are Mrs Pinder/Mr Huntridge and Mrs Thurston.

Support Staff in Year 3 and 4 are Mrs Behan and Mrs Eldon

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Years 5 and 6:


Years 5 and 6 include classes 7, 8, 9 and 10. The Year 5/6 teachers are Mrs Mounce, Miss Prethero, Mrs Croshaw and Miss Wilkinson. 

Support Staff in Year 5 and 6 are Mrs Corbett, Mrs Bartley and Mrs Clark

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 SEN Support:

 


Mrs Leighton and Mrs Johnson provide additional support to children identified as having special educational needs.

 

 

Additional Support:

 


In order to facilitate planning, preparation and assessment time for teachers, Mrs Dixon, Mrs Leighton and Mrs Ware provide PPA cover during the school week.

Mrs Ware is also facilitating curriculum release time this year.

Office Staff:

 


The first point of contact for parents is usually the school office, on hand to help you are Mrs Bradford, Mrs Park and Mrs Bielby, aswell as dealing with parental enquiries these staff carry out the majority of the administration work for the school.

Site Manager:

 


Our Site Manager, who is responsible for the day to day maintainance of the school is Mr Warrener.

Lunchtime Senior Supervisor:

 


Our lunchtime staff, more often known as dinnerladies are supervised by Mrs Hepworth, who can also be found in the Breakfast Club prior to the school day.  She also provides additional office support at the start of the school day.
